I went in a described what I wanted and they spent hours going over the options, costs, and how I could spend less by using different configurations and promotions. They patiently showed me many trucks and the differences so that in the end, I got what I wanted for less money than I was prepared to spend.

I have called about getting 2 ignition recalls done 3 time. Each time I was told it would take a week to get the part in and they would call me back early the next week. I haven't heard back from you guys and I called and left messages for people to get back to me but no one has. It's been about a month this has been going on. I'm not impressed. Hoping someone will see this and get back to me so my recall can get done.

The honesty and integrity of Alex Schaffernicht was by far outstanding.Alex found me the exact truck that I was looking for,and went over and above to get the truck the way I wanted it. Alex was awesome to deal with. I had searched online for 3 days straight and realized that finding a long box truck in the price range we were restricted to would be a difficult task. When most dealerships were closed on a long weekend, we called Georgian Chev and spoke to Alex. His honesty and integrity were evident as he found us the perfect truck!

This was my first time buying brand new and it was an excellent experience. We dealt with Alex Schaffernicht and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle for our family in our price range.
