Mat provided an exceptional purchase experience from the moment I stepped into the dealership. I had visited several dealerships in my search for a new car and Mat is the reason why I chose to purchase at this location. The pricing was competitive but again his personality and approach to the sale was the deciding factor in earning my business not only for the initial purchase but for future service and accessory needs. I highly recommend Mat as an engaging and enthusiastic sales professional.

An enjoyable hassle free experience

Jens and I bought a 2014 CVR from Mat last week. Our experience working with him was amazing, he listened to us responding appropriately, did not make us feel incompetent when asking simple questions, did not pressure us in any way and allowed us time to test drive for as long as we needed on the 1st visit. Our 2nd visit was our purchase day (the Monday before Easter) and even though we were well over the closing time we did not feel pressured to wrap things up quickly. We had hoped to have the SUV on the Thursday before the Easter weekend but figured that would not be possible. Mat made it happen and I drove away that Thursday eve a very happy and content customer!! The Saturday after our purchase we met with Mat for a 3rd time to go over all the different things we needed to know about the SUV as I did not have time for a full walk through the day of pick up and wanted my husband, Jens, to hear the information too. Again he took his time demonstrating all the things we needed to know and more, ensuring we had all our questions answered that day before saying good bye. Mat was very knowledgable in his information, professional at all times, not trying to be a "buddy" to us, his language was very clean which impressed us also. Each time we left the dealership we said to each other how much we enjoyed working with Mat and was 100% confident we had chosen the right vehicle for us. We have already told others of our experience with Mat and will gladly recommend him when we become aware of family and friends shopping for a new vehicle Susan Klausen

We received very professional customer service, no pressure sales. Mat was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable of the Odyssey and its features. We were able to think about the purchase for a day with no pressure and great honesty. Delivery was again professional but comfortable too. Really liked the service and really enjoying the Odyssey so far.
