I not the kind of guy to ever write reviews but I have to for this business. The staff are unbelievable and actually care about you and your vehicle. I will drive 2.5 hrs to get all my work done there. Jessica sold me my truck if you are looking for a vehicle go see her very personable. Ty the manager got it done no hesitation and very accommodating. Devon the service manager knows his stuff and wont let your vehicle leave until its fix properly. The rest of the staff there are incredible and welcoming.

My wife and I pulled into the lot to snoop around and we were immediately greeted by a friendly and outgoing salesman by the name of Joel. He cut right to the chase and with the help of an awesome sales manager named Ty, they found us EXACTLY the truck we wanted. After receiving a fair price, and a good trade in value, we are now happy to say we are riverside dodge customers! We've already gotten compliments our our sweet RAM. The only issue that we had was with the condition (cleanliness) of our new RAM upon delivery. It was only rinsed on the outside and still very dusty on the inside. Joel did a very good job presenting the features of the truck to us but both my wife and I were slightly distracted from the presentation as we were pointing out to each other how dirty it was. This issue is now resolved as Joel has invited us down next time that we're by the dealership for a quick wipe down. Thanks Joel. One other thing I'd like to comment on is that both my wife and I were put off slightly while first walking into the dealership by the words, "We're having a BIG sale event, come sit down and we'll register you". In my opinion private invite sales and " super sales" are a thing of the past. Events like those are better suited for "buy here pay here" and "subprime" dealerships. It gives off an unpleasant vibe. I think riverside dodge, by itself, gives off a professional vibe. Professionals sell lots of cars, not cheese ball super sale antics. Thanks again to the entire staff for making our buying experience a good one, cheers!

We purchased a Ram 2015 with odometer reading at 77639 for a little bit more than at another dealership; but I wanted to purchase here due to their one good mechanic; who has done work for me on previous vehicles; and if and when I would need service done on this truck; I expected to have him do it; at my request; at his convince. When we picked it up the detailing was not finished especially in the truck box area. At odometer reading 78215 which is 576 kilometers more; they preformed a Factory Recall to reprogram the Powertrain Control Module and they did a courtesy inspection and with that came a written report saying they did a 4 wheel alignment check which the report said checked correct but recommended a brake fluid flush because of dirty brake fluid. But I have a Reprint of the recommended service copy from their service department that came with the bill of sale saying they put in a Brake Fluid Flush Kit on with the same odometer reading 77639 as the purchase reading. So if the brake fluid was Clean when I purchased it how did it get dirty by driving 576 kilometers on a paved highway? So I felt someone just made an error on the paper work. Then at 81422 kilometers I took it in to have the passenger manifold gasket and one stud lop replaced and requested a certain mechanic to do it and found out when I picked it up that another mechanic had done the work. I was Not impressed! Then too top it off they said the truck needed a Wheel Alignment!! They said one wheel was out 1/4 and another was out by 5/16. HERE IS THE MATH: 81420 Kilometers----a machinic who I NEVER requested says I need a wheel alignment. 77639 Kilometers----at purchase (checked good) 3781 Kilometers ---all paved driven since purchase But here is the real kicker: 81420 Kilometers----need wheel alignment 78215 Kilometres----wheel alignment (checked good) 3205 Kilometres----driven now needs a wheel alignment because they say I must of hit a pot hole, Well I think I would of noticed hitting a pot hole that would require a wheel alignment. I agree Saskatchewan roads are not the best but I really feel they are just trying to make some extra money and if the machinic that I had requested told me that I would take his recommendation into consideration but I was not happy when someone else worked on my truck when I had Specifically requested another one work on it! So if Riverside Service Department does not take a persons requests into consideration I will not likely purchase here again although the sales person that sold us our truck was a very kind caring person. If he wasn't sure about something; he would find the answer and not just give us one off the top of his head. So the Purchase was Positive BUT the Service leaves a lot to be desired!
