Quickly got me in for a ignition key replacement, had to reschedule and was pleased with the demeanor of the staff on the phone as they were able to accommodate me with no issues. My confidence and trust in them however was quickly changed when I asked the girl working the front desk in the service department what they would charge to take a look at a squeaking noise i had ben heaing from front driver's side tire, ( ball joint or simply needing grease) she said they woukd charge me $119 to run an OBD scan. I have my own OBD scanner, and am well aware this was not necessary. Took to Canadian Tire, same day, they looked /listened to it for NOTHING, and I was thankful to have had them resolve my issue, and not try to charge me for something that I didn't need.
