After approaching this dealership for a second hand vehicle we were pleased to find what we were looking for. However during both visits, the inquiry and the purchase, my husband and I didn't appreciate the service we were given. The sales associate proceeded to tell us he knew nothing about the car he was selling us, "hummed and hawed" when we asked to take it for a test drive, and only then realizing it was close to closing time when we requested this so he obviously wanted to leave and we were holding him up. I would have thought, salary or not, the employees at Sutherland Honda would have been more enthusiastic, whether or not the car was "new". The financial part of this, ended with us purchasing the car, but only after she answered her phone in the middle of my husbands sentence during our conversation, put her finger up to tell us to "hold on". No excuse me, do you mind taking this call? We both felt more like a burden than a customer. After this, even during questions that my husband had about the vehicle, she stood up to put her hands on the envelope and reassure us that its all in the envelope. I felt by her standing up and basically tapping her foot, we had no other choice except to hope for the best with the vehicle and leave. The entire experience was uncomfortable and we do not plan on dealing with this dealership again.

every time I go in for parts I get a rude vibe from everyone. like I'm an inconvenience when I'm buying parts from you. 3 years ago I went in looking for a 9th gen si. I had a sales associate tell me they don't have any because they are not popular. didn't offer to help find one from another Honda. so I ended up driving to Moncton Honda for my needs. who ever runs that outfit needs to have a chat with their employees about what customer service is and how to not make the customer feel stupid and belittled

We bought a brand new 2019 honda rubicon deluxe with a 250$ accessories deal and first oil change free the deal sounded good until we went to get our accessories and the guy we dealed with quit so he never put it in the computer about the accessories so no deal said sutherland honda today i called about the free first oil change we thought that where we bought the atv there that would be enough proof nope you have to have a piece of paper to get the oil change free
