I’m getting a car for the first time in my life and I went to SMP because of the good reviews here in Google. I was just looking for something that is within my budget but Mr. Amar Deep was able to find me the perfect vehicle. He explained everything to me in ways that I could understand. He gave me the best deal and it all went so fast. Mr. Riun Bolld was also a big help in securing the loan and approval. The next thing I know I was driving my own car. Thank you very much for your help! 100% recommend y’all to go with SMP.

DO NOT get your vehicle here. This toxic place is just a cash grab for them on customers. They lie about how much your warranty can cover, and as soon as you're out the door their goal is done. ZERO communication for what they can cover on their end, and poor services on maintenance. Road ready means minimal services done on used cars so you have to go back for the work they DID assure was perfect, but it's not covered under warranty that they assured at the beginning where it would be covered. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU EXPECT HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT WARRANTY PROMISES.

We recently bought a used vehicle from SMP and very impressed with the whole process. Working with Chris in sales was a positive experience and he showed a lot of patience with our many questions and requests and he wasn’t the least bit pushy. We had a chance to meet with all the department managers and looking forward to dealing with this dealership in the future.

Courteous and helpful staff who made the process of getting a new vehicle quick, easy and convenient. I would definitely go back to SMP if I needed another vehicle. Amileo and Riun helped me get behind the wheel in just a few hours work.
