Awesome Salesman and Business Office

Everything went perfectly! Joe Mitchell (Salesman) and Luke Beck (Business Manager) went the extra mile with me and the car was spotless!!!! I will be telling everyone to ask for Joe Mitchell at Experience Hyundai.

A personable and positive vehicle lease experience.

Visited the dealer to test drive a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon. Bobby described the vehicle while pointing out and demonstrating the features. We had a good discussion on what I was looking for and my limited budget. I enjoyed the test drive, features and comfort of the vehicle. We had a detailed discussion and review of lease costs and associated fees including pros and cons of related options. While I was unaware of a trade-in promotion at the time, Bobby explained the requirements and value to the overall lease costing. He offered a price and to my surprise, it was well below my own budgeted number. The trade-in value was a deal maker in my mind and I happily committed to accepting the offer to lease the vehicle. At the time of pick up, Bobby and I conducted a visual inspection of the vehicle and he thoroughly reviewed the warranties and vehicle functions with me. As well, I was happy to learn that he had set up the first maintenance appointment on my behalf. Having previously gone through the purchase process at other dealers, I can honestly say that this was the best experience in client service yet for me.

I was very pleased with the service received from both the salesman (Andrew) and the finance/paperwork employee (Luke). Clear and accurate information was provided; options were presented and explained without high-pressure sales tactics (which would have caused me to not buy); and everything was ready and organized when I went in to complete paperwork to finalize the purchase and drive away in my new vehicle. Employees were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.
