Bought a vehicle and salesman put a screw into the body of the vehicle because it was too long. Of course this wasnt noticed until I was home 900 km away. Called them and they offered a car wash. Now they call over and over about another vehicle I have that I have NEVER taken there telling me I'm overdue for service saying it's been 17 months since my last service. No it's been NEVER. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their list (I'm not driving 900 km for an oil change) and talked with management with guarantees that I won't be called again but I just was. This is not how I like to do business.

Personal friendly, polite, and courteous. Service was timely as promised..Covid 19 procedures nicely followed during check in and during payment procedures. Waiting room handled nicely.. Thank you

Patrick was an awesome product consultant. Never felt pressured and he worked hard at finding me the right truck. Shannon in finance was very good at explaining everything and looking into all details I asked about. A great experience overall. I will be back when time for another new truck and have been recommending to all my friends.

Service and the advisor I dealt with were excellent.

Issue I had was the outrageous cost to reset a tire pressure monitor which took 5 minutes to do. The prices for doing any type of work at this shop is outrageous for a person who lives on a fixed income.
