3 separate visits, couldn’t fix a leak or a squeeky belt. Charged me for unnecessary parts. Waited 2 days for a hose. Get a real mechanic. A simple fix will cost you parts you don’t need.

We were extremely pleased by the service that we were given by Sandra Reid. From the very first time we entered to look at all vehicles, including smaller ones, we never felt pressured or talked into certain ones. This, we figure means so much. She asked us what we liked about our previous Jeep and what we felt was a problem. I felt it was too high to get in. We looked at a smaller one but still kept going back to the one we got. Sandra had one brought around (without step into it) and said that because I would be closer to car it may be just fine, and it was. After giving us a price, and she said to just list things we wanted, and said no sense paying for things we never would use, she said to go home and think things over. Still no pressure. She really has a way of talking to people as a friend. It was a great experience as we have went to other car places to see what they had and where almost told what we should buy or they were not interested in waiting on us. I have already told some people about Sandra and we will definitely be back(and our family). Thanks again.

This was the second vehicle that we purchased at Wellington, and both experiences exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and we were always dealt with fairly. A very special thanks to Olivia for being so wonderful to work with and for her unwavering patience in finding the perfect vehicle for us. Olivia - you are truly a gem! We would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.
