Bank Street Mazda

Purchasing a car is always an unnerving activity. Like most, my wife and I find it very stressful. The reason is a lack of knowledge and understanding of how car dealers operate and how they develop a price, a trade value. So in the end, it boils down to the actual discussion and the relationship that will be build fairly quickly with the “Sales Consultant”. In 2002, we traded-in our VW Jetta for our first Mazda. After checking several dealerships, we landed at carling Motors. We have since purchased all our new Mazdas from them. The last one was the 2020 Mazda CX-5 Turbo. Shortly before Christmas, our second car (2014 Mazda6) needed a new transmission so we decided to trade it in for a used 2020 Mazda CX-05 IF we could find one. This would be our first ever used car purchase. No need to say, the stress level went up. Carling Motors having none, we ended up at Bank Mazda. We went in on the evening of November 23rd thinking that we would decide on a car the week following. Arriving at Bank Mazda, we were assigned to Eddy Badra, Sales Consultant. He obviously did well and had a client centric approach that fit with our personalities because we signed papers for the purchase of a 2020 Mazda CX-5 a few hours later. Eddy was calm, polite and took time to listen to our needs. In fact, I would say that he went beyond, because he asked questions to have us clearly land on what we needed and not just what we wanted. A subtle difference. One of which was my “need/desire” for alloy wheel for the new winter tires I was also purchasing, which translated in silver colour steel ones instead. On top of this, there is no disputing his devotion to his clients. The following Monday, I went in to pick up our “new used car” ; ) everything went well I was about to leave and decided to go back in for a bio break. As soon as he saw me through the window doubling back in, he jumped to his feet and met me at the entrance: ”Everything OK. Anything missing?” Everything was AOK. The next evaluation will be on the maintenance service experience. Our maintenance service experience at Carling Motors is what had us remain loyal customers of theirs for 20 years. We will see if Bank Mazda equals that of their nearby competitor. If it is as good as the sales/purchase experience we had with Eddy … we’ll be good!

Very poor customer service on the maintenance side. I hardly trust they follow the maintenance schedule. Will be going to the Mazda I purchased my 2020 at rather than this location again.

Ayache was informative, helpful and kind. He was available to answer any questions and worked hard to ensure I was happy about every detail. Zein was also hands on in making sure I was happy with every aspect of my deal. Thank you Ayache and Zein!

The entire team at Bank st Mazda were amazing! We had to wait a few months as we wanted something that wasn’t in stock the Mazda CX-5 Kuro edition. We were kept updated and once it arrived the entire process was very smooth. Huge shout out to both Ayache our sales rep and Zein in finance. Thank you again!

Mazda on bank street is the dealership to go to. Ayache and Sully are amazing to work with, reliable and patient. They are amazing at what they do and are very professional. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new car. A place to be if you want good business and customer service 😊😊

DON'T Go to this dealership!!!!! My wife was offered a newer model Mazda 3 with the same monthly payment as she was currently paying, without disclosing that her current finance balance would be added to her new car. Now she is basically TRAPPED in her finance term because she owes FAR more than the car is worth, because of SHADY tactics by their salesman. She was also guaranteed to continue to receive Free oil changes for the life of her term, which was never carried over to the new car. Extremely disappointed with this place, and will not be returning for future business. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

Big shoutout to Saad for being very profesional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He answered all of our questions, including some we didn't know we had. He helped us make the right choice. Overall we had a pleasant experience, and definitely sticking with Bank Street Mazda.
