Asked to speak to a salesman about a truck. Reception told me that someone would be with me in a minute. Sat for over 10 mins without being acknowledged by any staff. Did not have this problem at Embrun Ford.

Bought a new RAM 1500 Classic, one of the best new car buying experiences I've ever had. I'm very happy with the value I recieved on my trade-in. Bought a used Jeep cherokee 2016 from laplante, Started off talking with Michael who set me up with Joe for the actual purchase, both were the best saleman I’ve ever dealth with! Had a couple appointments for service on the same vehicle and the experience went so well that I ended up bringing my 2021 dodge for major warranty issues that I had been trying to get Myers manotik to fix with no luck and Laplante took care of every single warranty repair extremely fast and properly!!!
