I would give them 10 stars for their quick response and friendly staff, Leeanne from Thompson Chrysler helped me to understand what was the issue in my truck and explained to me the required work to fix it .. i really appreciate her help in considering it urgent case and didn’t let me wait long day(s) to be fixed. I visited yesterday with honestly minimal expectations as I have experience bad customer service elsewhere, the employees at this company go over and above!! Chris White made sure that my needs were taken care of and I would have a safe and reliable vehicle with the best incentives possible!! It's great to be able to say I walked out with exactly what I wanted and for an amazing deal!! Well done! Way to set the standar for customer service and plain old people skills, you are amazing and I appreciate you! Will be a return customer for sure!

Steve and Ryan were the best at getting my family hooked up with a Dodge Ram 2500 for the farm. We had got a run around from another dealership for a month. Even though our credit score wasn't great and we really didn't want a truck with bells and whistles (it was a farm truck), in 5 days Steve found us the truck and Ryan got us approved for a loan that lower payments and interest rate than other dealerships. They did our loan for our other truck and I definitely will go back to them again!
