Lunch was great on saturdays. The guys in the shop were very good and fun to be around. Those involved with the Humberview Group were respectful and insightful. My experience at Honda was a good one.

I love dealing with Orangeville Honda! There staff are extremely pleasant to deal with and always get me in very quickly. I have been a long time customer with Orangeville Honda and will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to them. Even my non-Honda vehicles as I trust them fully with my vehicles.

Orangeville Honda was better then any other dealer with the information they provided on the first visit. Was able to get a quote to take home and think about instead of a number written down on a sticky note. They were really helpful with any questions we had and friendly.

My service was booked over two weeks in advance to allow time for soecificparts come in I called the day before my service to ensure that the required parts were in and specifically asked Jessica about the side mirror. She assured me on the phone and when I arrived that everything was in and would be done. No one called me all day the day of my service. When I called at 4pm I was told that they needed to keep the car for another day. When I asked why they said that the side mirror was not in stock. The service appointment was based on the part being there and I checked twice with Jessica. Although this was fixed and we got the car it was the second"miscommunication" with out purchase and did not induce any trust. To assume someone can leave their cars for several days is presumptuous. To not bother to address the problem is avoidance and very inconvenient and stressful for the customer. Although everything was corrected the attention to detail and communication was missing for us. We are disappointed. We also had to ask for a service record as it available

The service was welcoming and very friendly and the most important part was the sense of honesty and integrity from the sales rep, Shane. I was very satisfied with Orangeville Honda, especially after having a few bad experiences with sales people at other dealerships where they were extremely agrestive and almost rude. Thank you Orangeville Honda, it was a pleasure doing business with u guys.

Since my purchase on October 5th of my new/used 2014 CRV I have had a few issues. The first weekend (Thanksgiving weekend) I had 2 sensor lights that came on...tire pressure and gas cap. The gas cap came off eventually after I clicked the cap a few times, but I had to make a special trip back to Orangeville from Barrie on the following Saturday Oct 14th for service to reset my sensor. The next issue happened the following week with a low battery, my car would not start at the Honda plant in Alliston where I work, I had to use 1 of my CAA boots to get my car started, drove my car again to Orangeville dealership service on that Thursday evening after work to check my battery, it was low and replaced at no charge. At the same time I told them my windshield on the drivers side was very noisy, they diagnosed that evening and there was a leak in the windshield. They said I had to book another appointment to fix the windshield, instead of me driving back again the following week - I have Orangeville honda pick it up at the plant to to fix it and bring it back. I liked how they left the no charge receipt in my car for the windshield when they dropped it off. So I contacted service the next few days to get my no charge receipt for the batter replacement and the oil change that was suppose to be done the week of October 5th before picking up the car. I did receive the the battery replacement receipt.....but I found out later by Chris Nivias that it was not done, it was done a few months prior Aug 10. He assured me I would have everything checked over with oil change that week. I had emails sent to him and was not received as repsonse back on a timely matter. I also asked if I could include new tires and rims added to my finance loan or if he can check into used ones.....he kept saying he would check every day he replied, a week later all I got was a message reply saying - no used tires and you cannot add this to your loan. I am very disappointed on this service since I got my car, I love my car and wanted everything to go well. Its only been a month and I have already had to deal with all this. I am frustrated and I hope things are ok for now and nothing else goes wrong. Thanks for taking the time to review my concerns and I will re-consider my oil changes at your service. Salesman made it sound I would receive my new vehicle in 3 to 5 day. Actually took over two weeks. During purchase process I signed papers stating the vehicle was new and under 100 kilometres. When we jumped in it had 304 kilometres. Misrepresentation? Shady. I think I got the dealership lunch runner. I will not buy another vehicle from Orangeville Honda. Will go elsewhere.

Knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Michael was far above the typical car salesman’s experience. He did not try to push me into anything and was always available whenever I had a question. He always answered promptly.
