I have been very pleased with the purchase of my used vehicle. Joe Lafleur was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle to suit my needs and I felt very well taken care of during my sales experience. Since purchasing in April I have attempted to come in twice for complimentary oil changes only to leave without the service being completed. My first visit after waiting an hour after checking in I was told my filter wasn't in stock and had to come back. For my second visit I made sure to call a week in advance to ensure my filter would be in stock and told the service department what day I would be arriving. Working in Kitchener I drive straight to the service center to ensure I am there before it closes and this week I was told the computers were down and an oil change couldn't be done. It's now going to take me 4 visits to complete 2 free oil changes. I wanted to use this opportunity to thank Joe for his service but I have been let down by the parts and service department thus far.

I sent and email to GM via "Contact Us" asking how to solve the problem of getting a stain on my Pants from rubbing against the rubber seal on the driver's side door frame when entering or exiting the car. (A 2016 Malibu LT). NO REPLY. I know the real answer is not to touch the seal in the first place but when parked in my garage the driver's side door can only open to the first notch and hence does not leave much room for a grown adult to get in or out. The GM answer should be something like - the seal should be a smooth shiny rubber and not a dull powdery finish. !!! It is unfortunate that this problem has spoiled what is otherwise quite a good automobile. Regards, Alan Mabbott

I have been going there every 1000km for an oil consumption test since the oil level in my car is going down more than it was supposed to go. I was told to go10 times. After the 7th time I was informed I couldn't have change the oil at another place, that has to be done at Leggat. I was never offered an oil change at Leggat. After my next oil change I will have to start the oil consumption test from the beginning. It's like no one cares for my car's problem or me. Not how I felt when I was buying the car there. Big disappointment

The first day I bought my car the USB port was not working. I asked them to check but they said they don’t do this here. So on the very first day one of the part of my vehicle was not working. The car was still in the agency and they didn’t fix. Sorry but I spent like 11500$ on that vehicle but no one cares
