Lack of communication

Upon starting the course in February 2021 the group I was in had an amazing teacher for remote learning. The part that lacks is the communication from the actual college. The administration team has zero communication with its students and unless you send them an email they don’t reach out to you. I’ve been going back and forth with multiple promises to get me into the next batch of students going into a nursing home to finish my hours since August and surprise I haven’t heard anything from them since October 29th. The last email from them I was informed that they were working with 4 homes and I would be going out with the December batch. Guess what?!? It’s now mid January and still nothing. Surprise surprise!
