Shaun took my car that had broken down on my way to see the dealership he gave me a min trade in value for it, that was great because he could of said the car was worth nothing not running. He showed me the car I thought I was looking for which is the versa, but then I asked to see a sedan, so he showed me the Sentra which is closet to my corolla I had. I loved the room and look, he took me for a test drive I felt very comfortable behind the wheel. We went to the finance department and so began the steps to owning my first Nissan Sentra.

I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership, as they treat you first class when you walk in the door to when you leave. I would highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for an Infiniti, used or new, consider Woodchester Infiniti. Christine is a fantastic sales associate who is very knowledgeable about the product she sells,Special thanks to her as she helped us through everything smoothly. We changed our minds couples of time and had to add things in last second which is troublesome but she took care of it with no problems. Its great to see someone who really enjoys her job and cares for her clients. Christine will always go above and beyond to help you out, and always look for ways to improve your experience with your vehicle and the brand.

Rana worked hard on this deal. He showed me all my options and took me for test drives in different models so I can be comfortable with my final decision. In the end I'm happy with my purchase and I will buy Nissan again.

Review: Buying Experience 2015 Nissan Murano

My experience at Woodchester Nissan started off a bit rocky. Back in April, when i walked in on Saturday afternoon looking test drive the 2015 Nissan Murano, I was told right off the bat that there are no test drive vehicles available and would have to schedule an appointment. The sales person "Morgan" was completely uninterested in my business even though after I clearly stated that "if i like the car I'd buy it today". She pointed out to a Nissan Murano Platinum on the lot saying that it was the only one available. Later i found out that that car was actually a test vehicle and was not in use and i could've had my test drive right there instead re-scheduling and coming back. BUT after i came back to my scheduled appointment i got "Roman Postepski" and he was just fantastic. It was a 5:45 PM on Saturday and instead of rushing or re-scheduling, Roman was all patient and had a very positive attitude. He gave me all the time i needed to thoroughly test drive the car and was very patient during the paperwork / price talks. Both him and sales manager, "Riham Alkhatib" stayed after hours and were very patient in explaining all the paperwork and terms/conditions. Since my car was a factory order, I had to wait almost 3 months to get it. My biggest feedback for the Woodchester team would be to have some sort of communication sent to the customer in such situations so that he/she can be in the know as to what's going on. I never received any real info on the status off my car until i reached out to "Shaun Kazemi". Shaun sent me a prompt update showing that the car was in production and expected delivery was 3-4 weeks. Receiving that type of communication was immensely helpful as it was the first time since i signed the papers that i got concrete info on the status of my car. Luckily, I got my car way earlier than expected. Overall, even though my initial experience was a bit unpleasant, Roman's customer focused approach combined with Shaun and Riham's awesome customer support quickly changed my perspective. Furthermore, both Shaun and Riham were very prompt in setting up my car's delivery and provided a fantastic experience. Looking forward to fostering a long term relationship!

He makes it a point to understand your need and will always respond back to you. My experience of buying a car- though long and tedious was made pleasurable by him. He never once complained to me. An honest and reliable man.who tries to understand your needs and will try his best to make you at home. He never forgets a face, a road or a story! Great guy!
