Not a great experience. Not much was known about the vehicle by the salesperson as it was not a Chrysler-Jeep product so we figured out everything on our own. Nothing was mentioned about there being a lien on the vehicle prior to us purchasing it until we looked at the paperwork afterwards. It explained some of the issues we have had with it. Once purchased there were mechanical issues so it was brought back three separate times. They were very apologetic and fixed what they could but everything was still not up to par. We mentioned the fan for the heater whistling when put on high but it was never fixed. We found out later by our mechanic that it was a dirty filter! In June we found out that the air conditioning was not working and it was past the 30 day warranty period for used vehicles so another expense for us. Detailing of the vehicle was not very good. Very disappointing. Just a note that I am late in posting as the vehicle was purchased in Feb 2021. Maybe things have improved?

I never did a review when I bought my truck 3 years ago so I'll do one now I traded in my Durango because it wasn't my cup of tea and they made the process easy! I needed to renew my plates but instead they were kind enough to let me use a dealer plate to drive my Durango to the dealership, I was looking for a certain colour and build and they met that to the point. Service is understanding and everyone cares for their customers I called Saturday afternoon explaining I blew my tire and was told to come in first thing Monday morning to get taken care of due to me having tire and rim care, I've had a valve stem replaced in the past and it was a great experience, they looked up my vin and called me to come pick up my tire! I will edit the review once my experience with getting my blown out tire fixed but I'm hoping it's the same experience as every other time!

I get all my parts there ,for the business when I am fix a Dodge or Chrysler vehicle ,nothing like the fit of a factory part compared to aftermarket parts , I allways get treated well

I purchased a new 2020 Ram 2500 Power Wagon January 2021 and have had a lot of issues with the truck since. I went to multiple dealerships about the issues and not one of them could help me. Not only that, but most were rude and unprofessional. When I came into Wellington Motors my issues were addressed immediately! Since working with W.M. they have replaced the entire long block in the truck, replaced the damaged winch line, and taken care of numerous other issues and electrical gremlins as well. None of this was a hassle, and I didn’t have to push and push to get things done. The Service Manager Phil McIntyre is responsible for all of this great service and he has been nothing but understanding, polite, and professional. I would recommend Wellington Motors to anyone looking to purchase or service a Mopar vehicle. 10/10 the best Mopar dealership I’ve come across. Thank you Phil.
