I love my new Pearl colored 2017 Dodge journey. Smooth handling and smooth ride for sure!! The salesman Fern was pleasant and very helpful. Thank you Fern for your help in my selection. It worked out as I had hoped. :)

Our family had a great experience buying our first new truck at Riverside last week. I had done comparisons with other dealers in town over a week with several different visits but this place is friendly, professional and makes an effort to meet the needs of the buyer. I had come up with a few details and Morgan worked hard with us and made it possible for our family to have a dream vehicle with a reasonable price. (Thanks to Ty and Angie as well, and all the other friendly staff!) The week after we got our new truck, our kids built a dirt city in our garden with bunch of toy cars and one building is called “Riverside Dodge” with lots of toys trucks parked beside it. They told us “Morgan Bell owns Riverside!” My husband and I laughed so hard. It shows how much of an impression Morgan made even on our kids. We thank you, and all the best to your team. :)

Brutal service department. Was booked in at 11. I returned 3 hours later to check on progress and they haven't even took my truck in yet. Now telling me its going to be a couple more hours. What was the use booking it in at 11 if they weren't going to work on it till the late afternoon. Sucks when you come from out of town and have no where to go for the day. Worst service ever. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Service department is a gong show. Had a appointment at 11 to get my a/c repaired. Returned 3 hrs later to check on progress and they haven't even took my truck in yet. Now telling me its going to be a couple more hours. What the hell was the use booking in for 11 then. Sucks when you travel in from out of town for very poor service. Don't go here!
