Most recently, I was in for a service appointment with my minivan for a safety recall and oil change. I was very satisfied with the work and ended up having another appointment for warranty work. Greg Tims at service took a quick look at my issues and it seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted me to feel good about the work being done. I feel as a consumer the worst experience you can have is not feel as though you're treated right or having to fight to get fair treatment. I didn't have that experience at all here! I will continue to bring my vehicle here. I've also been here a few times pricing out small powered equipment (pumps/generators) and looking at ATVs. I almost bought a quad and definitely had a great "sales" experience with Andrew Hawkins but I ended up turning the deal down because I realized I couldn't justify buying one at the time. I'd definitely return next time I need a Honda product and would recommend Sutherland's.
