A Dream Come True!!!

I came in just to find out some numbers and start the process of buying a vehicle and I left with my Dream Jeep!:) I was very grateful for my one on one attention and having Sean come out and give me their best offer was Awesome! My sister has bought two jeeps from them as well and I now know I'm apart of the jeep family and I couldn't be happier!:)

I bought 2 vehicles from Thompson's when Jim Thompson owned it completely. When Thomas Heighton bought the business I saw a change that resulted in the Service Department really pressuring you to have them do extra work such as fluid flushes and oil additives. I just got tired of the same questions. They also talk to you in front of other customers in the waiting room which puts you on the spot. I will not buy from there again.

My lease was coming to an end and I wanted to purchase a new Ram truck. I have dealt with Dean Myles in the past so when it was time buy I gave him a call. He found the truck with the options I wanted for a great price. Thanks again Dean.

We just bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited!

We had been considering buying a Jeep Wrangler for quite some time and happened to drive past Thompson Chrysler. There on the parking lot was a beautiful silver Wrangler. We went in and spoke with Dean Myles about the Jeep, and took it for a test drive. When we returned Dean answered all of our questions and within an hour we had signed on the dotted line! No pressure, no stress. He made sure the vehicle was detailed, even had the windshield replaced because a chip was found during the inspection. We picked up a beautiful shiny Jeep two days after test driving. Thank you Dean for all of your knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism.
