Joe Teatro and Josh Baxter are hands down the best of the best. Not only did I purchase a 2017 Serria Crew Cab but the next day I purchased a 2017 Buick Encore Essence. I just purchased a 2017 Sierra Crew cab 4x4 and a 2017 Buick Encore Essence with in two days that’s how confident I am in the service I’ve received with Joe over the past 5 yrs. 5 vechiles Joe as sold me. Well I have purchased my first brand new GMC Sierra and and 2 used vehicles and the service I received was impeccably. Josh Baxter and Joe Teatro and Cindy are the best of the best in the business. The service was rushed and not completed. The car had to taken the next day by tow truck that we had to wait for hours to come. The experience was terrible.your service department needs to do a better job and correct the problem the first time.
