This was my first time buying a car. Chris was extremely helpful. I looked at a few other places as well, but the customer service at Hyundai is definitely the best by far. Chris made the experience less stressful then I had previously anticipated, and I would suggest anyone looking for a new car go see him.

Very unsatisfied with the service. Did not fixed my car's issue. Ended up paying more than the price mentioned from the initial quote. After all of that, I got referred to an Independent shop to get my car serviced for the same issue why I first came to them. The service guy simply just told me they don't do it there.

I reached out to Joe Mitchell at the Charlottetown location in Prince Edward Island and let him know briefly what I was looking for in a vehicle and when I arrived he had already looked through his inventory and had a car (THE car) waiting for me when to look at when I arrived. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he anticipated my needs. It just made the process so much easier.
