3 visits to the Service department and not once did I come out with the work not being poor. Rust spot that came right back, work not done (squeal in the brakes that came right back)or a huge over charge. Do not take your work here there are more reliable and honest places that when quoted will be what the charge is. Have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership so I am very loyal but there is a limit and I have reached it.

3 times taken my cars in and not once has it been completed properly.

Taken car in for 3 different issues and not once have I had a marginally satisfactory experience. Had a body shop issue and the rust spot they were supposed to fix in less than a month was back again. Took it in for a brake problem and again got it back and within a week the brakes were doing the same thing. A 5 year old vehicle and took it in for what was told was a minor repair and am coming out with a hefty bill? There is nothing good about this dealership go somewhere else, if I could give less than 1 I would.

Thanks for the help Rick, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and purchase from Wheaton. They gave me a very competitive price for my trade in and I'm very happy with the price I paid for the purchased vehicle. No tricks, games and pushy sales tactics, everything was laid out and explained before I signed. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quality used or new vehicle.

Bought a new 2019 2SS 1LE Camaro from them. They were fair to deal with, and did everything they said they were going to. It was an enjoyable car-buying experience!
