My vehicle was stolen the beginning of December, long story short, my vehicle was written off. Ty and Floyd both went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle to suit my busy family’s needs, with all the features I wanted, in a colour I love! They worked very hard to help me feel better about a horrible situation. Every vehicle we have purchased in Saskatchewan has been at Riverside Dodge! I responded to a Facebook add for the cash back deal for a 2017 Jeep. Morgan found one for me with all the options I was looking for....and more! Awful service. Brought my ‘16 Ram 1500 in to fix a front bumper parking sensor and repair broken bolts on an exhaust manifold. Dropped the truck off at 10am and when I called at 3:30pm for followup they hadn’t done anything about the exhaust manifold and had mounted the sensor but hadn’t repaired the bracket. Still 4:15pm with the job incomplete. Would never return for any service matter at Riverside.
