My car was serviced at Toyota a few times this month, Feburary 2023. The employee's & service technicians are very professional & friendly. I am satisfied & would buy another Toyota in my future .

Courteously greeted. I wanted an oil change done and wiper blades replaced. Work was done in no time. Staff explained what they did, I paid for services and was on my way. Competent staff makes all the difference. Would recommend Jackson’s Toyota without hesitation.

Not the greatest experience. Our 2022 Toyota Sienna did not start on Friday, vehicle was towed to Jackson’s Toyota after hours. When called in Saturday to find out what happened with the car, the receptionist yelled on me over the phone that there is only one person at service department and no one will talk with me because it is Saturday and that I should call Monday and book appointment for service. She was more pleasant when I came with a man to the dealership. After conversation with the person from the service department, who was polite but VERY busy, I was explained that people were waiting for 2 weeks for appointments and that emergency calls are hard to fit in. If the car broke on Friday, it will be seen at the very best on Monday. We ended up boosting the vehicle ourselves and driving to different location. One of the workers came to us when we already boosted a car and were about to leave the parking lot to boost a vehicle. Would not advise this dealership for the service, especially if you are a woman or if you are in an emergency, where service is not planned in advance.

I bought my car yesterday and I am sharing my experience. Great service and staff expertise is incredible. Specially Rohit is the best sales dealer. I recommend everyone to take advice and deals from Rohit, he has amazing knowledge in automobile industry. Whenever I needed him he was there to solve my queries. I got good support from Danielle and other staff too.

I had a wonderful experience at Jackson’s Toyota! I started looking for a car in March of 2022 with the help of Brent Bell. He was extremely helpful with finding the right vehicle for me as well as very patient with me as I was hesitant in ordering a vehicle and having to wait for several months. I finally ordered my Rav4 in November and picked it up yesterday. Rick in finance was great as well. All staff that I interacted with were friendly and happy. I will definitely be recommending Jackson’s Toyota and specifically Brent, to people I know who are looking for a new car!
