I had been visiting many dealerships before making the trip from Saskatoon to check out Riverside. I'm glad I went! I had the pleasure of being helped by Ty who was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Ty, along with Sales Manager Kathy and financial guru Floyd helped ensure I got the best deal for my dollar. I also appreciated how Morgan (a Jeep love like no other) went out of her way to help out and share her knowledge, tips and tricks with me about my new Wrangler ride. Add the fact that partner and GM Trent came over to shake my hand and congratulate me before I left... The Riverside staff made me feel like family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and hit the highway home in style.

Kept waiting for over 40 minutes waiting for the sales manager. We have purchased 12 new vehicles from here and all the sales people are standing around eating candy. Not one asked if they could help.

We cannot say enough good about this dealership and their staff. Bought a used vehicle from them about 3 weeks ago, couple little issues and they dealt with it with unbelievable professionalism ! They have completely restored our faith in buying a used vehicle. We will be recommending them any time we can and going back ourselves when we buy again ! Thanks Ty and Joe !!!

Just bought a 2017 jeep Cherokee from Riverside Dodge, and I am so happy. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Fern, and I know if I'm going to buy another in the future he is the first person I'll call! I feel like Fern goes beyond expectations getting me what I want, and then he took the time to sit and show me how some of the new technology works. I always feel like I'm getting a good deal when I deal with Fern. This was my first experience with Riverside Dodge, and I felt very comfortable there. I had all the costs explained and shown to me in the finance room and i walked out feeling confident and happy with the numbers. I was offered all sorts of coffee, and water as I waited and Fern kept in touch with me all day by phone, giving me prices and options. After I bought the jeep they made room for me in the shop to switch all my belongings over as it was a rainy day. I drove up from flin flon to deal with Fern, and I'll definatly be telling all my friends what a great deal I got here!

Bought my first (but definitely not my last) vehicle at Riverside. Ty made the entire experience a pleasure from start to finish. There was no pressure, he was patient and honest, and I got exactly what I had been looking for. Floyd in the finance department is excellent and Trent took the time to answer some of my questions and make me feel like such a valued customer. Highly recommend this wonderful team to everyone I know!

Charitie worked hard finding me the right vehicle and Shauna was awesome at finding me the right payment for my budget. Even though I wasn't purchasing through Morgan she was there to really make me feel great about my new 2017 JEEP wrangler JKU. Riverside has an awesome team, and I highly recommend them! I will continue to drive up from Saskatoon to give you my business, and will definitely recommend them for all purchasing and service needs.
