Ted took the time to answer all of my emails and phone calls before and after purchasing my Rav 4. He was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was happy with the vehicle.

We purchased a new Toyota RAV4 from Collingwood Toyota. We live approximately five hours away from Collinwood, but Tim Starling made the purchasing experience very worthwhile, as did Vicky with the wrap up paper work. We would gladly deal with Collingwood Toyota again.

Have had my RAV for 13 months and only have 7600 klicks on it. When I was rear ended I believe that the structure of the back of my seat saved me from being hurt....I was hit at full speed and did not have an ache or a pain.
