They are not there to help customers and they make you feel like a bother

I have had the worst service from them ever in my life. In my 2021 elantra screen was not working i asked them to figure out the problem and they were able to do nothing and said we dont know what happened and were having car for whole day, and in same place the Summerside location fixed it in 30 min. They charge so much for service and still leave a fault in the car. I would suggest never to go ti them instead go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrendous experience with the service manager Justin. Took my car in for an engine recall after receiving two letters in the mail and calling this summer about the issue but being told “keep driving it until something happens.” Before I took my car in, I was driving on the highway and lost acceleration, having to coast to a gas station and get my car towed. It took 5 days for Justin to return any of my phone calls, then when he did call he told me there was nothing wrong with my car and my car was 8000km over an oil change (it is not, my oil was changed 2 weeks ago and just by checking the oil/filter underneath the car you can tell that the oil is clean, as is the outside of the filter) blaming me for my car not working. He got up and walked away from me while I was trying to figure out what is going on. Extremely unprofessional and I left with an unsafe vehicle that STILL HAS A RECALL.
