DO NOT GO HERE I found a car on their site and on autotrader, and when I came in, they said it was double the price of what was listed. When asked for a reason, they just shrugged their shoulders. I went to a few other dealers and some had even said they had heard several other people have similar issues with the false advertising. On top of this, customer service was just bad. The people helping me were in hoodies and barely seemed like they wanted to talk to me. There are a lot of used dealers in the area that I would definitely recommend, but avoid this one if you want someone honest.

They were quick to get me approved and paperwork signed but when it came time to pick up my car I got the run around and no responses unless I got mad for a week. They said my car would be ready Tuesday, no response till end of business day about it. They tan text me Wednesday morning said it was going to be detailed and ownership done and they would deliver it that day. No response no vehicle on that Wednesday, Thursday night they wanted me to drive over an hour just to drop off the ownership to my vehicle I was trading in to have to leave without my vehicle. I don’t end up getting my car until Friday. I was promised a full tank of gas and $200 for the inconvenience (which I have in text ). when I picked up my car it wasn’t full with gas and no $200, they just keep saying it’s coming. I have had my car for over a week and still no $200 sent to me. Highly disappointed with the run around and lieing from Kareem. Never would I send any of my friends there to purchase a vehicle

This place is a joke! They make it sound like there nice and they will do this and that untill they give you the run around and dont respond. Said the car would be full was just under 3/4 said they would give this and that for all the inconvenience and have received nothing. Stay away
