very disappointed

very disappointed with the whole staff i think they should have more communication when each other when it comes to selling a car i was first in line for a santa fe waited for 3 weeks for it to arrive was talking to the dealer as soon as it arrived and my husband took the afternoon off to go see it when we got there the car was out on a test drive so those people had first dibs on it so unfair poor customer service

Traded in old car and bought a used one. Car was detailed and ready in very short notice. Sales agent explained as much as he could in the time I had but told me to come back when I could so he could finish letting me know all my car had to offer.
