I am new to Sutherlands, purchased a used motorcycle a month ago which needed a front tire, so it being a Honda motorcycle I thought it would be best serviced at a Honda dealership. Went in ordered a tire at parts section, made an appointment which was about a 10 day wait, take my bike in and receieve a call saying a back tire was ordered instead of a front. Once I finally got it in again and had the new tire installed I discovered my speedometer cable was broken in the tire installation process, but they did fix it at no charge, I thought that was fair. Shuttle service was quite slow, waited an hour to get a lift back to work, I will make alternate transportation plans next time.

The Sutherland Honda team were pleasant and knowledgable to deal with. The technician who retorqued our wheel nuts was also prompt and professional! All in all, our service was a very positive experience.
