I have been dealing with Jacksons Toyota since 2013. They have always treated me with respect and cheer. In 2017 I bought anew Camry and I loved it. We still had our 2013 Tacoma so this tear we decided to just have one car. I loved the Highlander so talked to Bill Lougheed about ordering one. Bill kept me updated on the progress of the car, so I knew about when it would come. On Fri Dec23, the worst day for travelling we brought my Camry down for the trade. Bill was so good to us. I will keep coming to Jacksons for any and all needs.

Great service from Jackson’s Toyota, service advisor Derrick is knowledgeable with the vehicle and very helpful with the service that needs to be done. Service quality is top notch and pricing is reasonable. It’s my go to place for my Toyota

Never would we have expected such a detailed and dedicated car sales team experience. It is rare to meet a car sales associate who is transparent & supportive of a client's needs. Eric was all those things and more. Eric made my wife and I feel comfortable and informed in purchasing our Rav4 Prime SE AWD. Eric maintained an open line of communication and kept updating us on options as they became available. Eric sent really cool video updates which are much better than a lengthy email. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Eric & the Jackson's Toyota team. We would recommend our family & friends to this dealership.

It took one month to complete a lease transfer that should have taken much less time and stress. It was difficult to get a hold of the business manager handling the transfer and it felt like the business manager did not care.
