2011 Venza lease return sold safetied. Before my 30days tail light warrant I used the EBrake and it stuck showing they do not do the "160 point inspection" I was told all oil changes were done at this location and shwon this on service records. I had two done myself by collingwood Toyota and after being told my $1800 warranty doesn't cover the $300 heat shield or the $300 head light ballast I took it to Owen sound Toyota but before I did I checked my air filer. I took photos of the filter jammed into the air box. It was left like that for so long it made a mark in the dirt that in sure was just blowing by it. Your service is terrible your service manager and sales manager did not even reply to the email that was sent to me from Ed Akitt addressing my concerns. Seems the only ones that care what so ever are the sales guys. the air filter was left crammed into the air box and so badly deformed I had to use some adhesive to hold its for so I could drive my car. I live 1-1/2 hours from the nearest dealer(baywest) By the way when I had my oil changed at baywest I called In a panic because they checked off the air filter element was check! It was glued!! So I called to ask if they actually did becuase I'd be turning around to get a new one but to my surprise they said no they hadn't even checked it. Who do I trust? Brakes are part of a basic safety You'd think an air filter would be checked during at least one of the many oil changes done that they claim were done at their location. Every Toyota employee I've encountered has been very helpful and understanding. I've had nothing but good experiences so far. I'm very happy with my 2016 Corolla and would absolutely continue to do business with Collingwood Toyota.

During the purchase of my new vehicle the sales representative took the time to listen to my needs. Questions were asked about what I liked about my current vehicle and what features I would like to have in a new vehicle. At the time of pickup all features of the vehicle were explained to me with extra attention give to features not present in my current vehicle. I would highly recommend my sales rep Shane Stoodley as well as the Collingwood dealership my honesty and great service.

After a less than stellar experience with my local Toyota dealer (twice, and awful would be a better description) I discovered Collingwood Toyota. Not only did Shane and Vicki answer every question I had they were friendly, honest and genuinely cared about my inquiries. I wasn't pressured or misled, and was given all the facts. I probably sent about 25 emails and every single one was answered promptly, accurately and in a friendly manner. When it came time to negotiate, it was painless and I was happy with the discount. That led me to commit to purchase despite being almost two hours away from my home. I was told my rare model would take a few months as there was limited allocation. Low and behold Shane located one, in all of Ontario and made arrangements to have it brought in for me. All within a couple weeks! Vicki in finance provided all required info and again answered all my questions. They both were genuinely pleased I made a purchase and treated me like a old friend. Overall the best experience for a major purchase I have ever made and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or refer a family or friend. Keep up the awesome work Collingwood Toyota!!

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped structure a deal that worked for me. The financial details were handled with total accuracy. I would say my buying experience exceeded my already high expectations. The staff were very helpful training me on the operation of the vehicle since it had a number of features, such as Bluetooth connectivity that my previous car did not have.

When we arrived at 4 in the afternoon to him and haw over vehicles and think about a test drive we were greeted by Dean. He asked if he could help I told him I usually see Dave he informed me Dave was on holiday's but if he could help just let him know. The rest is history, he explained the details between corolla and rav4 i took both out for a drive. He never rushed us even though closing time was very near. I explained I've owned my corolla for 14 years and she still has alot of life in her. He thought that was great to hear i was happy with my first toyota. After roughly 2 hours I thanked Dean for his time, thanked Vicki for her time because I happily just bought a 2017 rav4. I picked her up Wednesday Dean stopped to say hello and congratulate me and Dave took it from there making sure I understood all the bells and whistles my new vehicle had. Got a new ball cap, told me to call with any questions or concerns. Everyone is always friendly and helpful when my husband and i have been at collingwood toyota ( we frequent alot my husband has leased 3 vehicles from Dave) I'm happy to say they'll always have our business and I recommend them to everyone ! Come on in can i get you a coffee ...friendliest staff ever. Sincerely Kelley Grady proud Toyota owner!
