Dealing with Ted Rush for the lease on my new Tacoma was straight forward and stress free. Ted provided regular email updates regarding expected delivery and VIN as well as reminders for what I would need to bring along to make the transaction efficient.

My initial questions to the dealership about my potential purchase were answered quickly and honestly. My salesman was polite, honest and answered every question I had. He made sure I had all the facts and was realistic regarding delivery of my rare model. It was quite a surprise when he secured a vehicle for me literally a few weeks later. Finance department let me know everything they would do and what I needed to do and bring. Delivery was great and every question I had was answered. Demonstration of all the features and settings was great. I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from Collingwood Toyota again even though it is a good distance from my home.
