Overall poor customer service

Unfriendly, unwelcoming arrival at service department; being talked down to by service adviser, suspected dropping of my job when assigned service advisor took day off, causing wasted waiting time on my end. (Really hate having my time wasted). Made me question why I’m bringing my business to this dealership.

Amazing as always! Quick oil change and welcomed by friendly staff, loved the complimentary coffee as well. I also appreciate the car wash!

I enjoyed the easy process of bringing my vehicle in. Michelle and Nadine were awesome. Got my vehicle and liked the added touch of the bag on my seat. Oil level showing 100% and the car washed and cleaned. Really impressed.

Wow! Over the years I have dealt with many dealers for new and used vehicles. By the time I drive off the lot there have invariably been frustrations, disappointments, and minor annoyances which sour the experience. My recent experience with South Trail Chrysler has been the complete opposite. From the first phone call (the deal was initiated remotely) to handover of the keys everything was executed perfectly. No surprise fees, issues with my trade, or delays. All the paperwork and pre-delivery tasks were prepared in advance of my arrival. Hats off to Alex Kubyshkin and Khloe Hur for their attention to detail and professionalism which made my purchase experience a refreshing success. Awesome job!

Bad service

Very upsetting when this is the first time we brought our BRAND NEW 2021 Dodge Ram in for issues and we were given nothing but attitude by the service desk girl. Told they would re program the remote starter and didn’t… Also said didn’t go over anything they did to the truck very very upsetting!
