So I call these guys because I have a CX-9 and live in Barrhaven. The dude asks if I've been there before, I say no, I use to go to Carling Mazda. He says why don't you continue to build customer loyalty there and bring your car there... Ok, fine... I figured seeing that I live 5min from this new dealership, I'll move my service there. But if they want me to stick to Carling Mazda, fine I will. And that's where I'll buy my next Mazda as well !!!

I will never recommend this place to anyone. My son was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. They had a car there with a sign on the front window stating , " 49.99 weekly , you pay the taxes " when we told the salesman that, he asked where we got it, that he was unaware of it. I walked outside and took a picture of it to show him, So my son decided on a car, we told them that it was to be ready for thursday which gave them 6 days, My son drove down from Kingston and picked it up. We get a call the next day accusing us of not having a "Lien Agreement"with our insurance , which in fact was faxed to them the day before. The financial manage Paolo agrued with me that it wasnt there. THEN proceeded to tell me that there was a paper that was not signed and that my son had to drive 2 hours to come back and sign it, they demanded his phone number so they could call him at work. I told them that there was no way to contact him and that i would have to try and reach him later. there is no reason for a dealership to be this disorganized, I will never recommend them to no one, Not worth the stress
