The only issue with our last appt. was the time Rose had to wait just to get an oil change. You may have overbooked but that happens, not the end of the world.

I'll never buy a rig from Hyundai AGAIN!! I've told the service dept that my rig had to be burning oil, well I might as well of talked to the wall.. Because I got yes it will burn oil in a BRAND KNEW RIG, so I called summerside and I asked them and they told me I gotta be crazy for asking that question! I also got an oil change yesterday! I went out and checked what it was reading.. Well it most certainly is not reading FULL! I've also been promised four mugs, 8 months later I am still waiting on these mugs.. I've also told them twice that I've been in there that the two back tires have a burning smell from them.. So something is WRONG, and they don't seem to care.. I might be a girl but I sure as heck know about rigs, lived beside a junk yard all my life, family races stock cars and to have your men who work for you push me aside and pretty much tell me yea a brand new rig will burn oil? Give your heads a shake! Because I turned around and I called SUMMERSIDE, and he told me NO A NEW RIG SHOULD NOT BURN OIL IN ONE MONTH. Glad to know summerside is honest and ch town just don't care! Way to go ch town crew! I can say I'll never buy a rig from you guys again, and for me just getting an oil change done and I checked it this morning and not reading FULL! That therr tells you something!!!
