I purchased a car from Empire and was told they would replace the engine with a new one, as it needed one. It turns out the replacement engine was already worn and was very high mileage. I had to replace that engine within a few months. It was like pulling teeth to get any money from the useless warrant company they use (PC Warranty I believe...most likely in on the scam with Empire). I did get some money from them but was delayed and not near enough to cover the second engine replacement. I obviously took it to another mechanic to get the work done and he confirmed that there was no compression (among other things) and engine had to be very high mileage. I tried to get the information on the replacement engine that Empire originally put in, but they refused to give me that information. I am trying to sell the car and it has been difficult, especially when on third engine replacement. Don't just walk away from Empire Auto...RUN!!! The worst dealership!

At the beginning everything was fine, then they did not fulfill their promises, they sold the car to me for a higher price than the market value.the car has a few shortcomings.I went to few times they said they will do it, but unfortunately they did not and I am still waiting.
