Very impressive customer service especially Sam K! He made my day easier and happier. However, the waiting area needs a deep cleaning on the chairs. There’s maybe one chair has no big stains on. The chairs in customer working area are worse. They’re full of coffee stains. The service is always fast, so I don’t have to sit on a filthy chair for more than half hour LOL
