I traded in my suv around October of last year. For a brand new car with 4km. My new car didn’t even make it to the first oil change. It doesn’t start some days, music cuts in and out, and the fobs often don’t work. I brought my car in twice for them to diagnose these issues and they couldn’t find anything. I brought this up to sales staff and when they phoned me they said they had tons of new inventory and they’d get me in something new. What I did not expect was for them to Low ball my car (which has 7,500km) which they sold me and try and put me in an old suv with 60,000km AND my financing rate will go up $80 bi weekly. I find that absurd. I have messaged them multiple times and I find it completely unfair and somewhat revolting that instead of replacing my lemon of a car they expect me to increase the bi weekly payments for something that is not new.

We just bought a car today and the experience was amazing! Chris B was great to deal with. He was very open and honest and not high pressure. We went through the whole process, including trading in our old van. Chris stepped us through the process and brought in Casie and Brandon when we had financing questions. Everyone we dealt with was patient and gave us all the detail we needed to make the decision we made. Highly recommend going in and talking to Chris B!

Took vehicle in for a touch screen that wouldn't work to touch, $400 later they tell me that it doesn't work and needs replacing. Thought that was already established... Will never go back and don't recommend anyone to take vehicle there.

Hello T K, I have had the opportunity to look into your case. I see that your vehicle came in for diagnosis of the radio control not working. With your permission, 2 hours of electrical diagnoses were carried out. General Motors Service Information (SI) procedures were followed in a proper, stepwise and systematic manner. There were two Technical Service Bulletin procedures carried out. One was to reprogram the radio, the other was to reprogram the HMI (human-machine interface) module. After that was completed, all circuits on the radio screen were tested, but none failed. At that point the General Motors Technical Assistance Centre in Oshawa, ON was contacted, and engineers assisted in determining exactly which part needed to be replaced in order repair the concern. A repair estimate was presented, which only included an additional half hour of labour, but you declined repairs at this time. Please keep in mind that repairs completed at a GM facility, using genuine GM OEM parts, have a 3-year/60,000 km parts and labour warranty. That is, if the part fails, not only is the part covered but the labour to replace the part, including any diagnosis needed, is also covered.
