I had purchased a Civic from the used ford lot beside this one back in September. The Dealership and I had made an agreement to have my a/c replaced as it wasnt working. In order to do this, I needed to bring my vehicle to the Honda Dealer's service department to get it replaced. A few hiccups here and there on both our ends when it came to establishing on a correct time to have it serviced. However, they were helpful and were able to replace my a/c in a flash! Everything was great until I had noticed my car's front bumper was severely damaged. The front bumper had minor damage from an incident where my car was too low for my friend's driveway; before getting it serviced. However it was all still intact and barely a nuissance. Now the right corner of my bumper hangs by a small bit of material. It's quite an eyesore. I work overnights so it wasn't convenient to bring it back in to have them look at it. I understand that it's possible the damage could've worsened given that the employees working on the car hadn't known it was damaged beforehand. Until I am able to get this solved, I'll be leaving 2 stars.

I just purchased a white 2017 Honda Civic & I could not be more happy with it. Price was reasonable & car was in good condition, straight off lease. Papa was very patient & took us around to look at all the cars even though it was sooo cold. He is very personable & easy to talk to. I was nervous to buy my first car since I don't know much about cars & what to look for, but he made the experience very comfortable & rewarding! Super nice guy! Thanks Papa!

Followup to service

Jeff,, in service, was very pleasant and explained everything. My overall experience was excellent. Just a couple of things that I did not like. The radio station was changed and the headlights were turned off (I always leave them on auto)
