Went in looking for a new GMC Terrain in my price range and that's exactly what I got. Dealt with Lori who was very helpful, friendly, and has a great attitude. They explained all the crazy 2017 features to me, and got me in the car I wanted within 1 week start to finish. They have earned my future business.

Halina was patient and explained everything in detail, even when I needed clarification. Allowed me time to think it over, no pressure, and helpful in explaining the many functions of the dash. Reassured me, and had the car ready for pickup, even topped up oil. Thank you HD

It was an extensive process to diagnose the concern but the staff completely understood the issue and I was not inconvenienced with a take it and try it approach. The car was fixed right the first time and I was kept informed of the progress. It is the attention to customer service that makes me return to this dealership.
