Showed and explained cars to me, wasn't pushy and respected my decisions. Friendly and conversational. Helped me with the new car once I bought it (ie. orientation to how it works).

Fast and convenient. Clean facilities and a shuttle to run you if you need a drive. They texted/called to say when the vehicle was done and they offered convenient ways to pay.

Issue not dealt with

This is the second time that my car has come up for its regular maintenance and when I made the appointment, I asked for an issue to be checked that was concerning me. As I'm driving, when I let off the gas, the car will jerk slightly, not every time, but often. This past servicing the gentleman I spoke with on the phone said he would write it down to be checked. When I picked the car up, it was someone different and when they went over the details of the servicing, it wasn't mentioned again. I asked about it and the person did not know anything about the concern I had expressed when I booked the appointment. They offered an explanation of what it could be, and told me when I booked the car for the next servicing to tell them about it if it was still doing it. My concern is if it is an issue requiring servicing, it may be past my warranty. Thank you.

I just spoke with our Service Manager about this issue and he said based on the notes in your file he believes there may be a software update that we could do that may help with this situation.
