Expérience catastrophique dans cette agence. Suite à un achat de Hyundai accent 2013, le vendeur promet que la voiture sera prête d'ici 2 semaines. Au bout du délais, et plusieurs coup de fil à l'agence, on nous fait comprendre qu'il faudra attendre et que ce n'est pas la peine d'insister. Nous aurons finalement le char 2 mois après l'achat, suite à notre insistance. Lors de la vente, une carte d'essence de 400$ est promise avec le contrat et inscrite sur celui-ci. 8 mois et de nombreux coups de fils plus tard, impossible d'obtenir la fameuse carte. On nous renvoie de vendeur en vendeur, nous explique que notre dossier est vide. Une fois on nous demande même si on a bien acheté le char à cette agence parce que notre nom n'apparait dans aucun dossier. Suite à un scandale à l'agence, on nous offre un changement d'huile gratuit pour nous calmer et de rencontrer le responsable du service à la clientèle qui tente de nous expliquer qu'on va pouvoir nous offrir quelque chose. Il doit nous rappeler. 1 mois plus tard, pas de nouvelles, pas d'offre, pas de dédommagement. Changement d'huile ce matin : la gratuité du changement d'huile n'est pas inscrite sur le dossier client, il faudra payer. Bought my car elsewhere, but wanted to make some checkup there... service guy on the phone told me Hyundai wouldn't cover a problem if it wasn't first checked where I bought it! Call another Hyundai dealer, no problem, I have an appointment tomorrow! Better luck next time! PS : didn't have a choice but score for "Quality" and "Appeal"... since I haven't been there, those scores have no meaning.
