What a joke of a service centre. Only the 2nd time I have ever used this location for service work and they are 5 minutes from my house. Never again. Had them do some work but they didn’t verify if the product would work before installing and then charged to have it removed because it wouldn’t work. Then go to check on my vehicle and show up to find they left my tunnel cover up exposing 4 truck tires with only 5000 kms on them. Wow - lack of incompetence! No wonder we go to the city when we purchase vehicles or for service. Love to support local but get some competent people to work there. Unfortunate I have to even give a 1 star rating to post this comment - just want to save other customers from the hassle I have gone through.

Hello Amber. This lift kit was SUPPLIED BY YOU and we were requested to install it. When this was attempted it was discovered that the driveline angles were excessive and would not work without damage being incurred. I understand your frustration but perhaps your anger should be directed at whoever SUPPLIED YOU THE LIFT KIT. When we sell a product we ensure fit and fitment prior to selling it. We cannot be held responsible for someone else's error. I understand you picked the vehicle up after hours but had initially planned on picking them up Friday evening while we were open. We did not anticipate an overnight pickup, if this had been communicated at drop off the vehicle would have been prepped. We typically do more volume than all of the city dealers (and some months than all of the city dealers combined) and our customer satisfaction scores are much higher. We strive to provide top-notch customer service but cannot be held responsible for factors outside our control. -Chad Pothier

I live quite a distance from the dealership but Dylan made my purchase easy. I bought a car over the phone and I am very happy with my purchase. There were no surprise fees and Dylan made the transaction go smooth and was flexible with my schedule. In fact, Dylan offered to bring the vehicle right to my house to save me a 2 hour trip!

The sales person did a great job at finding the right vehicle suitable for my needs. I went out of my way driving past three other jeep dealerships near me because of how accommodating this dealership and their staff have been to me in the past.
