Years ago we were clients of the service department here and left after them trying to sell me repairs that were not needed (took vehicle to 2 different mechanics right after leaving that day). Well after receiving even more extremely shady repair work from eastern dodge, we decided to give Winnipeg dodge another try since it has been years and was under new management. Today was an absolute win from the service department. Prompt greeting when I pulled into the service bay. Patient while I unloaded children and their needs from our van. Not a single person attempted to sell me work that wasn’t needed. They stuck to what I asked them to do, and had it done in such a timely manner. I asked them to review previous workmanship from the other dealership and they agreed the work was faulty and needed to be redone. Instead of sending me back to original service provider the service manager Kerri at Winnipeg Dodge offered to take care of things for us. Enormous relief!! We are extremely happy and satisfied to be customers again at Winnipeg Dodge in the AutoMall on portage ave. Thank you to the service team that helped us today!

Purchased a used vehicle end of jan. Vehicle broke down end of march took it to a local shop as Dodge was closed. The shop stayed vehicle was very unsafe to drive. Next morn we called and called and left msgs for dodge. Never called us. We got the shop to repair as we needed our vehicle. Days layer dodge finally called and stated they would not reimburse us(had extended warranty) since we went somewhere else. The struts failed and the brakes were failed. Was told should have never passed safety when we Purchased. But yet the paper work we got from dodge doesnt state that. For 2 months we have tried reaching the owner he will not call us and we have been told to stop calling. So if u want horrible service and a vehicle that is unsafe for your family go see wpg dodge.

My husband and I were looking at buying a used car. Bob Hanson helped us greatly it was awesome and he made it such a smooth process buying a vehicle! He always makes sure you get what you are looking for and more and tries to get you the best deals! Tony at finance was also great! What made our experience even better....we got to shop with and bring our dog inside the dealership! They made you feel like family and have pretty darn good coffee while you wait for paperwork to go through lol!

I hate this dealership. We’ll never buy from this dealership ever again. Paid $750 for the navigation to be installed and was never told that they will be installing a map that can’t even give direction to Costco in Fargo. Talked to the sales guy a few times and he kept telling me that he will be calling me back but never did. Even the manager for the used car never returned my call.Stupid me right? Of course they won’t call back, I am not important because they can’t make money from me anymore. So other and future buyers. Please go find another dealership that can and will serve you better

I brought my vehicle in to Winnipeg Dodge Nov 2017. I’m appalled at the lack of competence I seen throughout their entire service Department. Both my front wheel bearings were finished and needed to be replaced. I informed the service advisor that I had an extended warranty policy. She was not able to find anything so I called my dealership that I bought the vehicle from and where I normally go for repairs. Gave her the information and waited. I received a phone call the next day explaining that my claim was denied because I had a modified vehicle (2”budget lift). I started talking to a few friends (certified mechanics) who all informed me that type of lift has nothing to do with wheel bearings. With this information I started digging and called the extended warranty company myself only to find out I had two different policies with two different companies. The service advisor called the company that covers my paint and rust and instead of informing me that they didn’t even cover mechanical basically lied and told me I was denied. When I brought this to there attention and questioned why their mechanic believes that the lift caused the wheel bearings to fail I was told they stand behind their mechanics and whatever they say is right. They submitted the claim to the right Warranty company and was also denied because the mechanic determined the lift was the cause of failure. That’s when I started dealing with the Warranty company since I now had a $1200 bill to cover to get my vehicle back. I asked them if they received pictures that needed to be submitted for a claim and there were non of the front wheel bearings just a few shots of the back end of my Jeep which had nothing to do with the claim. When I asked for my parts back so I could take them elsewhere they were already disposed of. The warranty company was willing to accept a second opinion from a different dealership so off I went to Gauthier on Regent. They gave my Jeep a complete once over took all the necessary pictures and measured all angles and confirmed that the wheel bearings did not fail due to lift. Would like to mention FREE OF CHARGE!!!! Some phone tag, holidays, and people moving department and my files being lost for some time I finally received news that I will be covered for the claim about a week ago. I called the Service Manager and left a message no response. I called 3 days later and explained what I have written up here and asked that they at least would be willing to waive the $100 deductible since I have had to deal with all of this for the past 6 months because of their mechanic being incompetent. Their answer we will look into it. That was last week. I left another message yesterday morning and still no response by this afternoon.
