Been in twice now for service with my Town and Country Van. Dealt with a wonderful girl the first visit and a great guy on the second visit. Both were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. All other staff that I encountered while there or on the phone were also extremely friendly and helpful. I had an outstanding experience and will continue to service my vehicle here for future needs

I was just looking at an option for a bigger vehicle for my family. When I went in it was no more than inviting. Everyone there was so nice and understanding. I told them my budget, what I needed and Kyle was more than understanding and honest about the vehicle options I was looking at. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle at all, and I ended up buying the most perfect van that was actually better than I expected. The finance manager Brandon was amazing. He got me a lower interest rate than I already had, and got me the most fantastic package to protect my vehicle in the future. He worked with my budget and made me feel comfortable going forward. Honestly 10/10 recommend this place to purchase a vehicle.

I have been to many dealerships and have bought many cars in my past and this is the first time I have NOT been taken advantage of and treated like an equal! I walked in as solo as a woman and expected to be taken for someone who didn’t know how trade ins work... I’ve traded before and have gotten home and realized I was given a bad deal. Shane spend days with me and explained every single detail and actually took the time to show me how it all works and the numbers and what would work best for my particular situation. We test drove many different types of jeeps and he gave me all the financial situations for each vehicle. I brought my hubby in to see what I wanted to trade my Jeep in for and he was expecting a slimy salesman - nope not at all. Shane walked out to do some paperwork and my hubs was so impressed with his honestly and no bs sales tactic! I will most definitely recommend Shane to all my friends and family and can not wait to come back in and trade my Jeep in when the time is right! If you are looking for a salesman who respects you and your time AND your financial needs (not over selling) this is the salesman for you!! 5 plus stars for sure! Oh and if you buy ask for Taylor Cooper in financing!! What a gem and yet again amazing at his job!!! Honest and fair!
