Alex and his managers on the pre-owned side lied to me, telling me the vehicle I walked in to buy was on a 24hr test drive when really it was at the auction. I received confirmation from 2 other sales people that the vehicle was at auction and Alex still tried to maintain his lie passing blame to his manager saying HE was not the one to say it was on the test drive. REGARDLESS, I didn't care where the vehicle was, I only cared that they had lied to me. He tried shady car sales tactics on me, told me I had to pay a documentation fee on top of the listed price (illegal), and then proceeded to talk down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I bought a Range Rover elsewhere where the people were not treating me like trash, but still made an offer to purchase the BMW X5 I had originally went in for. I texted Alex the offer, and asked who do I make the bank draft to, and his response was "South Trail Chrysler" which tells me that my offer was accepted. Now I get a text from him trying to push me to make the purchase at $5000 more than my offer. Not a good experience. Just don't lie to people and I probably wouldn't have even shopped elsewhere.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommendations for other work were exactly as they should have been. Would definitely recommend. My vehicle was also washed! Very happy!

They showed me the vehicles I only wanted to see. And that we’re appropriate for me. I brought my 2year old with me and they worked great with her, as it was past her nap time:)

This past weekend my husband and I had started our day at another dealership and we had left there completely disheartened. We decided that South Trail Chrysler was our last stop of the day. Upon arriving at South Trail Chrysler, as we were stepping out of our vehicle, Andrew was walking out the front doors and greeted us within seconds. He took us back to his office where we discussed what we were looking for. He diligently wrote down all the specifics we had wanted, he asked what we could afford, what we wanted for our trade and then took that to his management team to help find us the perfect fit. We appreciated this sales approach as this doesn't waste anyone's time, you aren't being shown something you can't afford. Andrew is very kind, friendly, funny and charismatic. He is with you 100% of the way and he doesn't make you feel pressured. He made this sale so easy, when we are ready to get our second vehicle we definitely will be seeing him again. Brittany, the finance manager also helped a great deal in this sale. Her kind , friendly and heart warming persona, makes you feel at ease. She went through every option there was for us and was really helpful when answering questions. I have never had such a positive dealing with a finance manager. I would 100% recommend this dealership, Andrew and Brittany to anyone
