Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Eduardo Mathews helped with the purchase of my new Grand Cherokee and made it enjoyable and he was very understanding and helpful.

Unbelievably quick service and even better customer service. This is by far the best dealership that I have dealt with in my 15 years of driving. Will be doing all my business for vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend to everyone

Matt and Chad were some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with, especially in a “sales” environment! Matt was very knowledgeable, not pushy or arrogant but was truly focussed on my concerns and needs. A great guy who truly enjoys what he does for a living! Chad made all the finance negotiations happen and thanks to his hustle I walked out with exactly what I wanted! Was offered less than half of what my trade was worth, appraiser doesn't know what he's looking at. Was told how much work my truck would need to be resale able. Clowns in their own tent. Stay away.

Found a GMC pickup online here, did some messaging with Andrew. The online trade appraisal gave me a great price on my 2010 Laramie 1500. Venture up to have a look, and Andrew in sales is a great guy. We wrote up a deal, I put $$ down. He took my truck to the appraiser and came back about 30 min. later with disappointing news. I feel the appraiser doesn't know what he was looking at. Yes it's got higher mileage, but has been maintained extra well. They made claims of truck being overloaded, (front leveling installed) engine was loud (aftermarket muffler). This truck has had synthetic oil changes every 6000km, new brakes and rotors 8 months ago and recent new plugs, and brake fluid, transmission, and diffs flushed. New tires days ago .They didn't seem to care and offered me 1/2 of the online. This truck is great, you disappointed me and I would not recommend South Trail Chrysler. Again though the salesman Andrew gets a thumb up as he tried.

Hi Jay, thanks for reaching out. Sorry we couldn’t do a deal on your truck, it sounded like quite the gem with all the care you put into it! We tried our best to come close to what you had wanted for it but unfortunately, none of our wholesalers wanted to take it on due to the high mileage it has as the vehicle loses a lot of marketability once it passes the 200K mark. I am sure you will find a private buyer who’ll see your truck for what it really is and will want to buy it from you. Best.

We bought our dream truck with Adrian Antelo from South Trail Chrysler and from all the sales people we have dealt with in the past Adrian has been the best one, his great at listening to what our families needs and wants were and made it happen. Same goes to Chad Mayles from finance, he worked magic with our numbers to the point that we felt like we got a great deal for our new vehicle.

A friend suggested I go to Southtrail for service for my 124. I'm very glad I did. I have experienced, hands down, some of the best customer service experience that I've ever had in Calgary, much better than my old Mercedes dealer and definitely on par with our Volvo dealer-which has brought us back twice for new car purchases. I had a warranty issue that FCA wouldn't resolve but Southtrail went above and beyond to address it without me having to press the issue. I chose to buy my tires from them, super competitive pricing - prompt service. Its great to know there is a dealership that prides itself on building a relationship with their customers and doesn't turnstile the customer or the experience of car ownerhship
