This is a review about the service department, not the sales department. I went for an oil change on Saturday morning, as it read "express lane" and since I was in a hurry and it's close to my hose I gave it shot. I approached the entry gates and stood there waiting for a while, until someone told the young lady there that I was there, and she was like "well the gate is automatic so I'm sorry". Then the guy waved me to get closer and then the sensor was activated and the gate opened thank you very much. The young lady didn't even say good morning. I asked her what the waiting time for an oil change and she told me 2 and a half hours, which considering that I was there pretty early in the morning right where is says Express Lane seemed too long. Honestly I would have waited and would have just gone back home walking but the service clerk just scared me away. Then I went to Big4 and as usual they treated me well and the service was fast. So South Trail take note please, it is not a good beginning, especially in these uncertain times.
