I Purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I found my salesperson Fred Mago to be an excellent listener and very attentive to my requests. I discussed with him the various options that I wanted on the vehicle. I was very specific about my wants, and Fred worked extremely hard to assist me, and accommodate me which I thought went well above and beyond in finding what I was looking for. I had done a lot of Internet research; however, Fred added to my information by being extremely detailed about the various options on the vehicle, and how things worked. Fred was extremely patient with me and I never once felt pressured. I would have to say this was my best car purchasing experience, (which I have purchased new BMW, Mercedes, Pontiac, Dodge), and for the first time I actually felt that I walked away with a great amount of knowledge and a super deal, with the exact Jeep I was looking for. By the end of our dealings, Fred feels more like a trusted brother than someone only wanting to sell me a vehicle. I would not hesitate to buy or recommend him for any vehicle purchases that you have. Fred is the reason I bought my new Jeep from this dealership. Thank you for having him onboard your team. Gord Hansen in finance was also a excellent and very cooperative. Gord assisted me with a great deal on my interest rate and financing. Gord assumed the role upon himself to look for the best deal for me and the best financing for my vehicle; that's what I call excellent customer service.

I bought a used vehicle from Finch Chrysler in London. The whole experience from start to finish was great. I will absolutely be back in the future AND I will definitely recommend FINCH to my friends and family. Great Team at Finch!

I had a great experience with Dave & Greg! My husband and I found a great vehicle because of them, one that suited all of our needs. They were both extremely helpful and worked with our every need. Everybody is very friendly, and patient. Considering we brought our young son, they were very patient and understanding. It was an amazing experience! I would recommend this dealership to everybody and anybody. Overall, they were all very helpful, quick and patient. The minute we had a question, it was answered. Within 2 days of us wanting our new car, we brought it home. it was a great experience, as I will say many times. Thanks everybody!
